The high-temperature water at 85°C used for rinsing returns to the cleaning tank, where it is adjusted to a cleaning water temperature of 50°C to 55°C with the specified detergent concentration for circulation. Additionally, by closing the hydraulic door and inverting the wagon for cleaning, it completely washes away residues. Depending on the level of dirt, the meat wagon can be cleaned in just three minutes.
